The Beast of Nod have completed their training and are brought back to contemporary time by the Super Eon Annihilator and find themselves standing on the main viewing deck of the Super Eon Annihilator’s vessel with a large number of other individuals already present. No one is phased by their sudden appearance and The Beast of Nod assume one of them must be the Super Eon Annihilator the Stakslees told them about. They can view Earth being attacked from orbit and various conflicts on the surface. The Super Eon Annihilator comes to the deck and announces they must travel with the whales, that the fate of the universe is at stake, and those that cannot fight in space will stay on Earth.
